Provides free assessment to senior citizens and individuals with special needs who reside in Los Angeles County for services and programs to improve their quality of life and daily living and to link seniors with available resources. Target populations are Chamorro senior citizens and Chamorro individuals with special needs; however, the program is open to the community-at-large
