Programs

CaRe Project - The CaRe project is a care management and resourse referal program for seniors (60 years and older) who need help with accessing and maintaing health and social serivces.

Project CHAMP - Poject CHAMP (The Chamorro HIV/AIDS Model for Provention) provides health education and behavior modification training for youth around HIV/AIDS provention. The project uses a coriculum and materials developed by Chamorro youth.

Tan Chong Padula Humanitarian Award- The Tan Chong Padula Humanitarian Award is a cerimony and an award given to individuals in recognition of outstanding service to the Chamorro community in Southern California.

Tabacco Intervention Initiative

Tobacco Intervention Initiative- The Tobacco Intervention Initiative focusses on giving Pacific Islander Youth in California the skills necessary to prevent tobacco use in thier communities.

Chamorro Arts & Culture Center - The Chamorro Arts & Culture Center houses a display of artifacts and objects representative of the pople and culture of Guam and the Marianas.

Reach-2010 PATH for women -The PATH project (Promoting Access to Health) was created to a develope a community action plan to reduce deficets in breast cancer screening and management amoung Pacific Islander and South East Asia Women.

HAPAS- Health Access for Pacific and Asian Seniors is a program that researches the health needs of seniors in the community.

BCRP

Breast Cancer Research Project -The Breast Cancer Research Project or (BCRP) is a three-year, community-based research project that applies social network theory to test the effectiveness of a tailored, Chamorro lay health advocate intervention to increase breast cancer screening rates among Chamorro women age 50 years and older in the counties of Los Angeles and Orange.
